About this position

You will be dealing with our technicians and customers by phone, email, and face to face meetings to provide parts for the material handling equipment.

You will be required to process and deliver on all parts orders, confirm, and check incoming stock. You will assist with inventory scanning and parts stock takes as well as general warehouse duties. Health and Safety is paramount in the warehouse and parts department.

This role includes interpreting and distributing parts from our national warehouse to mechanics, branches and dealers to complete service or breakdown jobs.

To succeed in this role

You will have:

  • Proven skills in parts supplies within the automotive industry or an associated industry
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Effective English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient skills in using computers and software applications, such as MS Office suite
  • Strong abilities in time management, organization and administration skills
  • Motivation and drive to work under pressure, autonomously
